- Hotels, camps and local partners receive guest details only when your booking includes a stay arranged through us.
- Payment processors and banks handle transactions. We do not store your card or banking credentials.
- Authorities receive information where a law, court order or transport regulation requires it.
5. Payment Information
Online payments, where offered, are processed by third party payment gateways under their own security standards. Card numbers, CVV and net banking credentials are never stored on our servers.
6. WhatsApp Communication
When you contact us on WhatsApp or when our enquiry form opens a WhatsApp chat, your message and number are processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. We use this channel to send quotes, driver details and trip updates.
